What is the difference between announcing specific network to the "redistributed connected in BGP?

Redistribute connected means you'are redistributing all directly reachable routes and the other one is manually redistributing certain prefix. If you want control then you manually announce network instead of just checking the redistribute connected option.

It means po the same ng objective the difference is redistributed is pushing all connected routes.

yes,

what it means, lahat na na-collect mong routes sa bgp mo, ay i-redistribute ng router mo sa ibang participating routers.

example, may router ka na naka-bgp sa upstream mo at naka-collect sya ng 800k routes, and then meron ka ring IGP sa network mo, you can redistribute those 800k routes sa ibang router mo.
